Booking & Check-In Policy

  • Check-in: After 2:00 PM | Check-out: Before 12:00 Noon
  • Advance Deposit: 50% of total stay required to confirm your booking (via UPI, bank transfer, or card).
  • Full Payment: Required at the time of booking for peak season and holidays (15 Dec – 10 Jan, long weekends, and public holidays).
  • Remaining Balance: Payable at check-in for non-peak bookings.
  • Flexible Bookings: Direct bookings via our website or WhatsApp are prioritized and eligible for personalized assistance with room selection and sightseeing planning.

Cancellation

Flexible & Fair – Designed for Guests & Hosts

  • Non-Peak Bookings:
    • More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund of the advance (100%)
    • 7–14 days before arrival: 50% refund of the advance
    • Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund (advance retained)
    • No-show: Full payment forfeited

  • Peak Season / Holidays (15 Dec – 10 Jan, long weekends, public holidays):
    • Full payment required at booking
    • Cancellation 21+ days prior: 50% refund
    • Cancellation within 21 days or no-show: No refund


Optional Credit:

  • Guests cancelling within 7-14 days for non-peak bookings may retain credit for a future stay, subject to availability-valid for one year.
